Edward Manullang
Edward is the founder of PT Multi Guna Equipment and has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial equipment and port logistics sectors. His early vision and entrepreneurial drive have been pivotal in establishing PT MGE as one of Indonesia’s leading names in mobile harbour cranes and material handling solutions.
As per October 2024, Edward has become our Commissioner. He focuses on governance and long-term strategic direction. He continues to provide guidance on principal relations, shareholder interests, and business development opportunities – drawing on his decades of leadership in the industry.
Dian Angelina
An MBA graduate from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Dian oversees corporate strategy, principal relations, finance, and organizational development at PT MGE. Prior to joining the company, she was part of the Corporate Finance team at Bukalapak, where she played a key role in the company’s Series G fundraising and IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange – the first for a local tech unicorn.
She also gained valuable experience in business development and strategy during her time at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk, a major player in the Indonesian automotive and consumer services sector. Her strong analytical skills and leadership background support MGE’s position as a leading provider of lifting equipment and industrial solutions in Indonesia.
Bambang Saputro
Bambang brings over 20 years of experience in technical and operational roles within the heavy equipment and construction industries. At PT MGE, he is responsible for leading all operational activities, from project execution and after-sales service to technical planning and engineer supervision.
With a deep understanding of port equipment – especially mobile harbour cranes and reach stackers – as well as general construction works such as land filling, roofing, and road repairs, Bambang ensures all deliveries, commissioning, and service works are executed with safety, precision, and efficiency. He is also heavily involved in pre-sales technical support, coordination of construction projects, and customer satisfaction monitoring.
